Jadi Korban KDRT, Ibu Rumah Tangga Ini Laporkan Suaminya ke Polisi

Palembang|PencanangNews.co.id- Seorang ibu rumah tangga berinisial PA (25), menjadi korban Penganiayaan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, yang dilakukan oleh suaminya sendiri berinisial RAP (41).

Hal itu terungkap, saat PA warga jalan Anggrek Raya Kelurahan Sialang Kecamatan Sako Palembang, dengan di dampingi kuasa hukumnya Ridho Junaidi SH, membuat laporan kepolisian di Polrestabes Palembang, pada Senin (12/10/2020).

Dihadapan petugas kepolisian yang memeriksanya, PA mengatakan peristiwa penganiayaan KDRT yang dialaminya terjadi pada Minggu (26/9/2020) lalu, di salah satu tempat homestay 82 syariah 536 jalan Gresik lorong Katu Kecamatan Kemuning Palembang.

“Saya lagi berada dalam kamar, tiba-tiba suami saya langsung memukuli badan saya pakai tangan kosong, diperut, tangan dan kaki,” ucap PA.

Akibat kejadian tersebut, korban sempat mengalami trauma dan sakit di bagian perut dan tangan, tidak hanya itu PA perna di ludai di tempat Dan baru sekarang membuat Laporan Polisi (LP).

“Sebelum membuat LP ini, saya masih menunggu ikhtikat baik dari suami saya. Namun, dikarenakan tidak ada, sehingga saya putuskan untuk membuat LP,” jelas PA.

Sedangkan ditempat yang sama, kuasa hukum korban Ridho Junaidi SH, mengatakan penganiayaan KDRT yang dialami korban diduga terlapor tidak senang karena korban pergi malam.

“Namun, pada kenyataannya itu tidak benar apa yang dituduhkan terlapor kepada korban. Hal KDRT yang dilakukan oleh terlapor itu juga ternyata sudah berulang kali dilakukannya kepada korban, namun selalu berdamai. Tapi untuk kesekian kali ini, korban sudah tidak bisa terima, dan membuat laporan,” jelas Ridho.

Sementara itu, Kasubag Humas Polrestabes Palembang, AKP Irene, membenarkan adanya laporan korban dugaan tindak pidana KDRT.

“Saat ini laporan sedang ditindaklanjuti unit Reskrim Polrestabes Palembang,” pungkasnya.(Jp)
