PALEMBANG|PencanangNews.co.id-Anggota Unit Pidum bersama Tim Tekab 134 Satreskrim Polrestabes Palembang berhasil meringkus pelaku pencurian sepeda motor (curanmor) yang mana aksinya dilakukan di Jalan Bungaran V ujung, Lorong Mawar, Kecamatan Jakabaring Palembang pada 15 September 2021 sekitar pukul 10.45 WIB.
Pelaku bernama Aswa Palga (24) warga Jalan Panca usaha, Lorong Mati, Kelurahan 5 Ulu, Kecamatan SU I kota palembang ini nekat melakukan pencurian lantaran kecanduan bermain judi slot.
Pelaku diringkus dikediamannya Selasa (1/3/2022) sekitar pukul 19.30 WIB. Ia
mengaku kalau dalam aksi curanmor tersebut ia bertugas memantau kondisi sekitar, sedangkan pelaku Faisol (DPO) memetik kendaraan korban Wasini (39) yang terpakir di depan rumahnya.
“Saya bertugas melihat kondisi sekitar dan teman saya itu memetik kendaraan korban dengan kunci letter T yang dibawanya,” ujarnya, Rabu (2/3/2022). Setelah itu motor dijual oleh pelaku Faisol seharga Rp 1,2 juta.
Dari hasil penjualan tersebut ia mendapatkan uang Rp 600 ribu. “Saya mendapatkan Rp 600 ribu dan uangnya saya habiskan uang bermain judi slot, bahkan akibat kecanduan saya menghabiskan uang Rp 500 juta untuk bermain judi slot,” aku dia.
Uang tersebut didapatkan dari hasil mengadaikan barang yang ada di rumah. “Saya gadaikan barang di rumah saya untuk bermain judi slot tapi apesnya saya tidak pernah menang dan mendapatkan hasil dari bermain judi tersebut, ” bebernya.
Sementara itu, Kapolrestabes Palembang, Kombes Pol Mokhamad Ngajib melalui Kasat Reskrim, Kompol Tri Wahyudi mengatakan, pelaku ditangkap atas kasus Curanmor yang terjadi pada 15 September 2021 lalu dengan korban.
“Pelaku kita ditangkap dikediamannya, setelah melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku. Kemudian anggota kita melakukan penggrebekan ke rumah pelaku Faisol (DPO) tapi tidak berada di rumahnya, sehingga anggota kita langsung mengiring pelaku Aswa ke Mapolrestabes Palembang,” jelasnya.
Dirinya menjelaskan, bahwa dalam melakukan aksinya mereka mencari korban dengan cara berkeliling, sehingga sepeda motor korban menjadi target utama para pelaku.
“Dari keterangan pelaku ini kalau mereka mencuri motor Yamaha Mio soul Nopol BG 6334 TJ saat korban memakirkan motornya di depan rumahnya dan baru diketahui korban saat akan digunakan,” katanya.
Melihat hal tersebut, lanjut dia mengatakan, korban langsung ke tempat tetangganya untuk mengecek rekaman CCTV dan didapatkan motor tersebut dibawa para pelaku sehingga korban membuat laporan polisi mlnomor LP / B / 409 / IX / 2021 / SPKT / Polsek SU – I / Polrestabes Palembang / Polda Sumsel, tanggal 16 September 2021.
Sedangkan untuk pelaku Aswa sendiri memantau kondisi sekitar dan esekutor dalam aksi ini yakni pelaku Faisol (DPO). “Atas ulahnya pelaku kita jerat Pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman penjara selama lima tahun,” tutupnya. (Ndre)
