PALEMBANG|PencanangNews.co.id — Satreskrim Unit Ranmor Polrestabes Palembang berhasil meringkus tersangka polisi gadungan yang sangat meresahkan masyarakat kota palembang.

Pelaku yakni Eko Saputra (36) diamankan dikediamannya dijalan
Kopral Paiman, Lorong Budiman, Kelurahan Bagus Kuning, Kecamatan Plaju Palembang, Selasa (15/12) sekitar pukul 23.30 WIB.

Dari tangan pelaku turut diamankan satu buah motor Yamaha Aerox nopol BG 3160 ACO, satu buah helm, satu buah ponsel merk vivo, satu buah celana jeans, satu buah kaos hitam, satu buah masker berlambang dan bertulisan Polri, dan uang tunai Rp 700 ribu.

Atas ulahnya pelaku digiring ke Polrestabes Palembang guna mempertanggungjawabkan ulahnya tersebut.

Dan Kanit Ranmor IPTU Novel Siswandi mengatakan, bahwa pelaku Bermoduskan anggota polisi melakukan pengeledahan terhadap korbannya, kemudian melakukan penjarahan terhadap korbannya baik itu ponsel, motor hingga barang berharga lainnya.

“Dari hasil pengungkapan yang dilakukan anggota kita pelaku sudah melakukan aksinya sebanyak 14 laporan polisi, sehingga dengan adanya laporan itu. Apalagi aksi pelaku sempat terekam CCTV anggota kita langsung bergerak cepat dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku dan barang bukti di rumahnya,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Pelaku Eko berdalih dalam aksinya tidak mengaku polisi dan tidak mengancam korbannya. “Saya tidak mengaku polisi apalagi mengancungkan senjata ke korban hanya melakukan penggeledahan saja,” dalihnya.

Atas ulahnya pelaku terancam pasal 368 Jo pasal 363 Jo pasal 362 KUHP dengan ancaman penjara selama sembilan tahun penjara. (Ndre)
