PALEMBANG|PencanangNews.co.id- PT Ulima Nitra Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pertambangan dan jasa sewa menyewa peralatan pertambangan dengan wilayah operasional di Sumatera Bagian Selatan yang melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada awal Maret 2021.

PT Ulima Nitra Tbk pada hari Rabu, 15 Desember 2021 telah melaksanakan Public Expose tahun 2021 berlokasi di Kantor Pusat Jalan Betet No. 28, Palembang, hal ini menjalankan kewajiban Emiten berdasarkan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Jakarta Nomor: Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 Tentang Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, Poin V yang menegaskan tentang kewajiban bagi perusahaan tercatat untuk melakukan paparan publik tahunan sekurang-kurangnya 1 (satu) kali dalam setahun.

Public Expose tahun 2021 yang dilaksanakan melalui Zoom Conference dihadiri oleh Jajaran Direksi, Komisaris Indenpenden, Pemegang Saham Individu dan juga wartawan dari Media Eletronik dibuka pada pukul 10.00 WIB oleh Faisal Martadinata – Human Resources Division Head & Corporate Secretary Staff sebagai moderator. Rabu (15/12/2021)

Selanjutnya dilakukan paparan oleh Burhan Tjokro selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan mengenai Profil Perseroan, Tinjauan Kinerja Perseroan sampai dengan triwulan ke-III (tiga) tahun 2021 dan Strategi Perseroan untuk triwulan ke-IV (empat) tahun 2021.

Direktur Utama Perseroan, Burhan Tjokro menjelaskan bahwa beberapa strategi yang akan dilakukan Perseroan selama Q-4 Tahun 2021;
● Kenaikan tarif produksi dan peningkatan volume produksi
● Mendapatkan kontrak baru di bulan November 2021 dengan PT Pasific Global Utama dan
nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 111 Milyar
● Pengoptimalan semua unit guna meningkatkan utilitas unit-unit yang standby agar segera
mendapatkan Project baru
● Pengangkatan Deputy Director Operational
● Melakukan Continuous Improvement di seluruh divisi dan departemen.
