Satpol PP Provinsi Sumsel Gelar Rapat Koordinasi Tim Gabungan, pengendalian, pengawasan, Penerapan, Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum adaptasi kebiasaan baru menuju masyarakat produktif dan aman pada situasi Covid-19 di Provinsi Sumsel, bertempat di Aula Praja Wibawa kantor Satpol PP Provinsi Sumsel, Selasa (8/9/2020).

Kasat Pol PP Sumsel H Aris Saputra membuka langsung rapat tersebut didampingi Kabid Tibum Pol PP Provinsi Sumsel Fedrian Melian dan dihadiri seluruh anggota satgas TNI-Polri, Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumsel, Pengadilan Tinggi, Tokoh masyarakat, Tokoh agama, Biro Hukum, Pariwisata, Tokoh adat, SKPD, OPD, Dinas Kesehatan, BPBD yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Kasat Pol PP Provinsi Sumsel, H Aris Saputra mengatakan, pihaknya mengadakan rapat koordinasi ini untuk memberikan pembiasaan dan kedisiplinan masyarakat dalam rangka melaksanakan protokoler kesehatan yang wajib memakai masker, kemudian menjaga jarak yang sehingga produktivitas masyarakat tetap jalan tetapi tetap mengedepankan protokoler kesehatan.

“Artinya kita tidak melarang masyarakat untuk beraktivitas, namun masyarakat harus patuh dan melaksanakan protokoler itu dengan baik sehingga aktivitas jalan kesehatan pun tetap terjamin. Saya menjaga anda, andapun menjaga saya, jadi masyarakat diwajibkan seperti itu,” ujar Aris Saputra.

Menurutnya, bahwa sekarang ini pada satgas yang pertama belum ada sanksi, artinya hanya edukasi, sosialisasi dan pembinaan, satgas ini berdasarkan surat keputusan Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, bahwa satgas telah diberikan kewenangan untuk memberikan sanksi sesuai dengan tahapan tahapannya ada sanksi ringan menengah dan sanksi keras.

Dikatakan Aris, sanksi ringannya teguran-teguran lisan. Kemudian sanksi menengahnya bisa penutupan sementara usaha, dan sanksi beratnya bisa menutup tetap, mencabut izin dan sebagainya sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan, serta ada sanksi tindakan kepolisian, tindakan sosial hukuman disiplin.

Aris menambahkan, untuk para pelanggar sendiri bisa dihukum seperti, Push Up, skotjam menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan, menyapu atau membersihkan tempat-tempat sosial. Artinya ini adalah untuk memberikan pembelajaran bagi mereka, bahwa memang pelanggaran itu harus ada sanksinya, sanksi nya itu adalah untuk memberikan efek jera serta menbuat surat pernyataan agar mereka tidak mengulangi lagi.

“Kita memberikan pembelajaran kepada masyarakat untuk biasa dan disiplin melaksanakan protokoler kesehatan, tentunya Bapak Gubernur Sumsel melalui Satpol PP Sumsel mengharapkan agar masyarakat betul-betul melaksanakan dan patuh protokoler ini demi kesehatan kita bersama,” bebernya.

“Kehidupan kita tetap berjalan sebagaimana biasanya normal, namun harus berubah cara-cara kehidupan yang lebih disiplin biasa hidup bersih dan sehat memakai masker dan juga tetap menjaga jarak, sekira bagi masyarakat yang ada penyakit. Sebaiknya untuk menahan diri untuk tidak keluar rumah dahulu atau kalau tidak terlalu berkepentingan tidak usah keluar lagi serta berkumpul-kumpul demi kebaikan kesehatan kita bersama,” tukasnya.(Hanny)
